Trust Center
Trust is earned, and we back ours with independent validation, both for the company and for the people who deliver the work. These are the certifications and affiliations SimIS holds itself to. For our customers, that means less risk, verified capability, and a partner whose claims stand up to outside scrutiny.
Corporate Certifications & Affiliations
CMMI Maturity Level 3 (Development) — appraised at Maturity Level 3, Appraisal #4264, valid through November 15, 2028.
ITAR Registration (DDTC): SimIS is actively registered with the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
These credentials speak to how SimIS runs as a company. Our CMMI Maturity Level 3 appraisal reflects disciplined, repeatable engineering, and our small business and veteran-owned designations, including SWaM, VOSB, and Small Disadvantaged Business (self-certified and represented in SAM.gov), confirm a supplier the government has already vetted while opening set-aside contracting paths. Each is issued by an independent authority, so partners can trust the standard behind the seal rather than take our word for it. SimIS also participates in the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP).
Set-Asides & Socio-Economic Status
Meet your small-business and socio-economic goals with a supplier that already qualifies on multiple paths.
Quality & Process Maturity
Independent appraisal of how we actually engineer, not a self-assessment.
Registrations & Affiliations
The registrations a contracting officer verifies before award, all current.
Controlled Data Handling
SimIS receives, stores, and transmits CUI and export-controlled technical data in encrypted environments aligned with NIST SP 800-171, restricted to verified U.S. persons.
Hand us controlled data and it lands in a defensible environment, not a mailbox.
Team Certifications
SimIS team members hold industry certifications including PMP, CISSP, Security+, Cisco CCNA, and FEAC Institute enterprise architecture credentials.
Certifications are only as strong as the people who hold them. Our team holds credentials across the full sweep of the work we deliver, spanning security operations, cloud, audit, governance, risk, and privacy, and extending into networking, service management, and program delivery. Each is validated against a recognized standard, so the people on your program are proven to perform at the level federal and defense work demands.
CMMC Services
Our CMMC services are supported by ISACA-credentialed professionals, including team members who hold CMMC Certified Professional (CCP), CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA), and Lead CCA credentials. In keeping with CMMC ecosystem branding rules, we do not display the assessor badges on this page.
These credentials are administered by ISACA, the CMMC Assessor and Instructor Certification Organization. The individual professional credentials are issued as verifiable digital badges through Credly and can be confirmed through each holder’s badge link.
