(“SimIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, use the employee portal, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to the SimIS sites that link to this Statement. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide. When you contact us through a form, request information, or communicate with us, we collect the details you share, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, and the content of your message.

Employee and portal accounts. The Site includes an employee portal accessed through “My Account.” When an authorized user registers for or signs into the portal, we collect account credentials and related account information needed to provide access and keep the portal secure. Access is limited to authorized SimIS personnel and approved users, and employee information is also handled under SimIS internal and human-resources policies.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our systems automatically log technical information such as your browser type, operating system, IP address, referring pages, and the pages you view. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage.

We do not collect information from your device beyond what your browser sends and what you choose to provide. We do not access your device contacts, calendar, or files.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
