SimIS Receives Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection Contract to perform T&E and M&S
March 2014, [Portsmouth, Virginia] -SimIS Inc., led by Dr. Johnny Garcia, has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security(DHS) Customs Border Protection (CBP) to perform operational testing and evaluation on a Remote Video Surveillance System. Performing with Alion Science and Technology Corporation, the 12 month contract will help assure that the Remote Video Surveillance System is suitable and effective for when the United States Border Patrol agents interact with the technology.
Doing business in Portsmouth, VA, the contract will help in continuing the mission and development of SimIS Inc. to develop innovative approaches and solutions.
