Johnny Garcia credits his family, his education, and his achievement through serving in the Navy, then working at General Dynamics, and then forming a consulting company for modeling and simulation in 2007. When business increased within six months, there was a need to hire employees. Now SimIS Inc. specializes in modeling and simulation, autonomous solutions, cybersecurity, medical solutions and customized mobile apps and websites.
