Portsmouth, VA, March 21, 2023 — SimIS, the 3-time Tidewater Region Small Business of the Year, was awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) prime contract for two critical technology services on February 27, 2023. SimIS can now provide Federal, State, and Local government buyers pre-negotiated rates for (1) Information Technology (IT) Professional Services (Special ID Number 54151S) and (2) Cloud Computing and Cloud Related Information Technology (IT) Professional Services (Special ID Number 518210C) using GSA’s eBuy application at www.gsa.ebuy.com. 

Under the new GSA MAS Information Technology (IT) Professional Services contract SimIS can provide a variety of services including IT system conversion and implementation support, database planning and design, network services, IT resources, facilities management, and more.

With the GSA MAS Cloud Computing and Cloud Related Information Technology (IT) Professional Services contract, SimIS can provide a full range of services that include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing analysis, development, migration, and operations.

SimIS is a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 accredited software developer and a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 IT services company.
